Help setting up reminders and understanding driving detection.

Email support

Get started

  1. Open the app and allow notifications, including sounds.
  2. For background driving detection, enable Location Services and set the app’s location permission to Always in iPhone Settings.
  3. Add and enable a driving reminder. Choose the days and time range when you expect to travel with your child.
  4. Review the speed threshold and reminder delays. If “Only while charging” is enabled, connect the phone to a charger while driving.
  5. Check the configuration before a journey. After parking, physically check your child and the vehicle, whether or not an alert appears.

A driving reminder did not appear

Check that the reminder is enabled, the current day and time fall within its schedule, location access is set to Always, and notification sounds are allowed. Driving must reach your configured speed threshold. Check the charging requirement, GPS reception and your iPhone’s Focus and notification settings. Reopen the app if you have force-quit it.

Can I set a reminder for a specific time?

Yes. Add a time reminder and select its time and repeat days. With no repeat day selected, the reminder runs once.

What does “The child is with me” do?

It acknowledges the reminder and stops the related reminders. Use it only after you have checked your child. The app cannot independently confirm the child’s presence or safety.

How do I clear driving history?

Open Driving history, choose Clear and confirm. This clears the displayed drive and reminder records; it does not remove your reminder settings.

Contact us

Email netanelvision@gmail.com with the app version, iPhone model, iOS version and a description of the issue. The in-app support email attaches a diagnostic log and includes device and version details. Review the draft and remove any information you do not wish to share before sending. If Apple Mail is not configured, contact us using your preferred email app.

Support email is not an emergency service. Always check the vehicle yourself and never wait for an app alert to check your child.
