This page describes information handling in the current LOVE BALL app by NetanelVision. Contact: netanelvision@gmail.com.
Names, birth dates, and readings
The app uses two birth dates and optional names to display a playful compatibility reading. Calculations happen on your device. These entries and readings are held in the running app’s memory; the app does not write them to a database or send them to NetanelVision. They may remain while the app stays running, including in the background.
Preferences and permissions
The sound preference is saved locally using the system’s app preferences. The current app does not require an account or request access to contacts, location, microphone, camera, or your photo library.
Sharing you choose
If you tap “Share the magic,” the system share sheet receives the compatibility score, reading title, and entertainment notice. The current shared text does not include the entered names or birth dates. Any destination you select handles the shared content under its own practices.
Analytics, advertising, and network services
The current app contains no advertising or analytics SDKs and makes no app-managed network requests. NetanelVision does not receive your readings or entered details. Apple may process App Store, purchase, or diagnostic information according to your Apple settings and its own policies.
Support and this website
If you email support, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send, and use them to respond. Avoid sending personal details that are not needed. Support correspondence is kept as needed to handle your request and follow-up. This website has no analytics scripts or tracking cookies. Its host, GitHub Pages, may process technical request information to provide and secure the service.
Clearing information and contacting us
Names and dates are not saved as a history by the app. Removing the app removes its local preferences, though device backups and shared copies may be managed separately by Apple or the destination you chose. For questions or requests about information sent to support, email netanelvision@gmail.com. We cannot access or erase entries held only on your device or copies you shared elsewhere.
Changes
We will update this page if the app’s information handling changes. The effective date identifies the current revision.
