What should I include in my message?

Describe the issue, your device model, operating system and Sifrilo versions, and the steps that lead to the problem. If you include a screenshot, hide the child's name, email address and any unnecessary personal information.

How do I change the practice level?

Tap the gear for an activity on the home screen. For math, adjust the number range or multiplication tables, round length and timer. Multiplication is for more advanced learners; start with content that suits your child.

How do I add words and recordings?

In the word list, add a word and sentence, record pronunciation, and edit or delete words. If recording does not work, check Sifrilo's microphone permission in device settings. Without a personal recording, the app uses the device's speech service.

I cannot hear speech or encouragement sounds

Check device volume, connected headphones or Bluetooth speakers, and the app's sound and encouragement settings. Available speech voices depend on the languages and voices installed on your device.

How do I send a parent report?

Enter an email address in parent settings and choose to send a report after practice. Sifrilo opens a message in your email app; you confirm sending there. An email account must be configured on the device. Do not send children's information to an unfamiliar recipient.

How do I delete data?

Clear practice history from the history screen, delete words and recordings from the word list, and remove reward images in practice settings. Uninstalling usually removes local app data; device backups and previously shared copies are managed separately. Read our privacy policy for details.

Purchases and subscriptions, if available in your version

Use Restore Purchases with the Apple account used for the original purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple's subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Pricing and purchase terms appear on the store's confirmation screen.
